Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses menuman.co, offered under the MenuMan brand by NextEraLabs Bilgi Teknolojileri, and its AI tools (menu reading, translation, descriptions, allergen and nutrition data, and AI product image generation). It forms part of the Terms of Use.

AI image generation is only for product photos of the food, drinks and categories on your menu. MenuMan is an independent product built on third-party AI models and is not affiliated with the providers of those models.

You may not create, upload or publish with MenuMan or its AI tools:

• Sexual, sexually suggestive or explicit (NSFW) images or text • Any content that sexualises minors (reported to the authorities immediately) • Content that glorifies or encourages violence, self-harm or terrorism • Hate speech or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability • Face-swaps, deepfakes or images that impersonate a real person • Content that promotes illegal goods or services, or is fraudulent or misleading • Content that infringes others' copyright, trademarks or personality rights

Every AI image request (including the instruction, visual style and product texts) is screened by automated content moderation before it is generated. Requests that break these rules are refused and no credits are charged. Trying to get around moderation is a breach of this policy.

If you break this policy we may remove content, restrict access to the AI tools, or suspend or close your account. Illegal content is reported to the competent authorities.
