What is MenuMan?+
MenuMan is a platform that turns your paper menu into a digital QR menu — with allergens, calories, ingredients and HD product images — in 5 minutes, using AI.
What are the allergen and calorie menu rules in the UK, EU and US?+
Rules differ by market, but the direction is the same: guests must be able to see allergen information, and in many places calories too.
In the EU and UK, food businesses must provide information on the 14 major allergens for every dish. In England, larger businesses must also display calories on their menus. In the US, chain restaurants must show calories, and major food allergens are defined at federal level.

How do you digitize my menu?+
Upload a photo of your menu. AI reads products, prices, ingredients; fills missing allergen and calorie info; generates HD images for each item. Your QR code is ready automatically.
How many languages are supported?+
10+ languages and currencies. Turkish, English, Arabic, Russian, German and more. AI translates your menu with one click.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. Free plan includes 1 restaurant, 1 menu and 10 AI image credits.
How does your pricing policy work?+
Two components: monthly/annual subscription + consumption-based AI credits.
The subscription covers infrastructure, unlimited menu views, multi-branch support, updates and support.
AI operations (image generation, translation, enrichment) run on credits included in your plan; when depleted, you can top up.
Paid plans are commitment-free — cancel anytime. Annual billing saves up to 20%.
Where and how are AI credits used?+
1 credit ≈ 1 unit of AI compute.
Approximate cost per product:
• AI image generation: 2 credits
• Alternate image: 1 credit
• HD upscale: 1 credit
• Allergen / calorie enrichment: 0.2 credits
• 10-language translation: 0.1 credits

Do credits expire? Refunds?+
Purchased credits never expire — they accumulate in your balance.
Free-trial credits may reset 30 days after signup.
Purchased credits are non-refundable; if you close your account, contact support to reactivate any remaining balance.
How is billing handled?+
An e-invoice is emailed automatically after each payment.
You can also download it as PDF from the Usage History page in your panel. VAT is included.
Are the AI images actually high quality?+
Yes — cinematic product photos up to 4K resolution, with custom lighting and plating per dish.
Can I customize the QR code?+
On Small Business plan and above, you can brand the QR with your logo and colors.
Is my data safe?+
All data is encrypted and stored on Cloudflare Europe infrastructure. GDPR and KVKK compliant.
