Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website menuman.co and related services ("Service") operated under the MenuMan brand by NextEraLabs Bilgi Teknolojileri, a sole proprietorship registered in Turkey (Tax Office: Göztepe, Tax No: 2540302453, Address: Fenerbahçe Mah. İğrip Sk. No: 13/1, 34726 Kadıköy/Istanbul, Türkiye, Phone: +90 530 264 84 00, Email: [email protected]) — hereinafter "MenuMan" or "we".

"User" or "you" means any individual or entity registering for, visiting, or using the Service. By using the Service, you accept these Terms.

MenuMan provides HORECA-focused SaaS components including QR menu creation, digital menu management, AI-assisted content generation (image enhancement, translation, description), order intake and reporting.

Available features depend on your plan. Up-to-date paid, free and trial plan details are published at menuman.co.

Most features require an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials (email, password, API keys, etc.) confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not open an account on behalf of anyone under 18.

You may not use the Service to:

• Publish content that violates applicable law, public order or morality • Infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy or personality rights • Distribute malware, spam, phishing or misleading content • Overload our infrastructure, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security controls • Consume AI credits via automation or in a manner exceeding reasonable use

Breach may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

Menu content you upload (photos, item names, descriptions, prices, etc.) remains owned by you or the relevant business. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, limited licence to host, display, translate and process (including AI enhancement) such content solely to provide the Service.

The MenuMan software, logo, interface, documentation and all underlying components are the intellectual property of NextEraLabs Bilgi Teknolojileri and may not be copied, derived, or resold without our written consent.

Paid plans and AI credit packs are sold on menuman.co through our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle processes your order; payment, invoicing, VAT/sales tax and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms), and Paddle emails your invoice.

Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prices are shown in your local currency (TRY, EUR, GBP or USD) based on your country and include VAT/sales tax.

You can cancel at any time on the Plan & Billing page in your panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your plan stays active until then.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment; see the Refund Policy (menuman.co/en/refund-policy).

Purchased AI credits never expire; unused credits stay in your balance. Free trial credits may be reset 30 days after the account is created.

The trial needs no card and is never charged automatically when it ends; to move to a paid plan, choose one on the Plan & Billing page.

The free plan has volume, feature and support limits, which may be updated with prior notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Planned maintenance, upstream infrastructure incidents (Cloudflare and others) or force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions.

While we use reasonable efforts, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Major incidents are communicated via status page and/or email.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MenuMan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, etc.).

In any case, MenuMan's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Serious breaches may result in immediate termination without notice.

After termination, your data is retained or deleted in accordance with the retention periods under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and KVKK and with invoicing regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days before the effective date via email and/or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia (İstanbul Anadolu) have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers keep any mandatory protection and right to bring proceedings in their country of residence, including the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye.
